George Johnson George Berkeley Johnson was born to Robert Jesse and Irene Johnson on June 8, 1939 in Richmond, Virginia.  He passed away December 9, 2007 in San Ramon, CA from a serious battle with lung cancer.

George devoted his life to his family, business and community. At a young age he served his country in the Military. He touched many people through his dedicated and warm spirit, task oriented determination, hilarious sense of humor and his bright smile.  The standard of excellence he established to do his best in the work place, in service to the community, in the guidance and the rearing of his children were all positive traits he demonstrated. He positively impacted the life of his son Jordan through sponsoring Jordan in many golf events.  The impact George made on all he encountered was commendable.  The enormous kindness of his heart, words of encouragement and pleasant demeanor cannot be measured. George loved his children deeply and they him.

George Berkeley Johnson will truly be missed. George is survived by his children, Georgene, Christopher, Jessica and Jordan Johnson, his grandchildren Miles and Madeline, sisters Audrey Johnson and Grayce Epps, and former wife Sandee Sanchez.
