A leadership forum for the discussion of topics & issues important to the personal and professional development, and survival of today's African American men.
The Diablo Black Men's Group welcomes family, friends and supporters to an exciting day of horse racing at Golden Gate Fields in Berkeley.
The late George Johnson, a DBMG member organized this event over the past six years. George had a great sense of humor, loved his family and friends, and was known for living his life to the fullest. In recognition to the many years of character and effort George has given our organization and considering he’s been the catalyst for the DBMG Day at the Races, this social/scholarship fund raising event has been renamed in his honor.
This year, in an effort to build on prior successful years and evolve the event into a DBMG Scholarship Fundraiser, the ticket prices have
been raised to $35 before the event and... $50 at the Door.
In partnership with the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce, the Diablo Black Men's Group presents a dynamic evening of power networking followed by an interactice presentation that will increase your business performance and enable you to solve your greatest business problems.
The majority of leaders and entrepreneurs are Surviving, few are Thriving and even less are Flourishing.
At some level we are all challenged by issues, problems, fears, and concerns about limited time, people, or money.
